Clarity over complexity
We diagnose before we prescribe. The simplest workable system always beats an impressive one no one uses.
Sentric Group exists because the tension is real, and because we believe a business can run well and mean something at the same time.
Running a business well is hard. Staying present for your family, your faith, and the people you're called to serve is also hard. Most business owners quietly accept that one has to suffer for the other.
We don't accept that.
We started Sentric Group because we've seen what happens when a business owner is so consumed by operations that the things that matter most, faith, family, and calling, get what's left over instead of what's best.
That's not a time management problem. It's a systems problem. And systems problems have solutions.
We exist to build those solutions for the Christian business owners and bi-vocational leaders who are serious about building something that runs well and means something.
We started this to serve the marketplace faithfully and to help Christian business owners and ministry leaders find the freedom they built their businesses to create.
We're not a Christian business in name only. Our faith shapes how we work, how we treat clients, what we're willing to say, and what we're willing to walk away from.

Colossians 3:23Sentric Group was founded by a Pacific Northwest business systems professional with over a decade of experience building operational systems inside complex, fast-moving organizations, including a regional defense manufacturer.
He's also a pastor. That combination isn't accidental. He started Sentric because he kept watching business owners, many of them faithful, driven people, succeed themselves into exhaustion. The business grew. The systems didn't. And nobody was helping them fix the right thing.
That's the gap Sentric exists to close.
We diagnose before we prescribe. The simplest workable system always beats an impressive one no one uses.
Every engagement ends with a concrete implementation your team can run, not a deck that sits on a shelf.
No hourly surprises. No scope games. You know what it costs, what gets delivered, and when it ships.
We believe business done well is ministry. We build systems that free owners to serve people faithfully.
Our clients are not failing. They're succeeding fast enough that their systems can't keep up. They're the last person to leave, the first person called when something breaks, and the only one who knows how everything actually works.
They built something good. They just need it to run the way it should.
